REFUND POLICY

At this time Keyz Ultimate Gaming does not offer refunds. In the event of a cancelled event, rescheulding will be made available. In the event of a cancelled event due to weather delays, recheduling wil be made available. In the event of a cancelled event due to the behavior and destruction of the equipment, a refund will not be issued and rescheduling will not be made available.
